If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of non-final-sale product ordered from for refund within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging and plastic wrap (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return.

Jewelry: All sales are final at Although, if a piece breaks as a result of manufacturing defect, we will be happy to repair the piece.

Gifts: When a gift is returned it may be exchanged for a new item of equal or greater value. Otherwise the purchaser's credit card will be refunded. No merchandise credits will be issued.


If you wish to exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below. Instructions are also outlined on the packing slip with your shipped items.
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
All items must be returned, to ensure exchange.
2. Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records.
If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).

3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package, and send the return package to us.

•Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

•You can expect an exchange within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.


All jewelry products are not for consumption. Keep products out of reach of small children and animals.


Credit Cards, Checks and Money Orders are accepted. 7.0% Sales Tax applies to all orders.
The preferred shipping carrier is Federal Express. Within the United States, packages are normally sent with the fastest shipping method at the time. After your item is shipped a confirmation or tracking number will be emailed to you.
If you need your item(s) quicker, please email us before your transaction is complete. There maybe an additional rush shipping and handling charges. 

We welcome international shipments. Please contact us at if you are not familiar with international shipping.
For international shipments, please email us your city, country, and code so we can provide an estimate from the shipping carriers.
You are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as customs/duties charges and understand that customs can often add extra time to your delivery. You are responsible for arrangements with customs office in your country.
You are the legal importer of the item and must comply with all laws of your country regarding imports. You will be responsible for all shipping, customs, and related charges if you refuse delivery, or do not respond to customs or shipper requests.
