The preferred shipping carrier is Federal Express.
Azhand Shokohi does not re-route any packages and does not offer FEDEX location pickup service.
Within the United States, packages are normally sent with the fastest shipping method at the time.
After your item is shipped a confirmation or tracking number will be emailed to you. If you need your item(s) quicker, please email us before your transaction is complete. There maybe an additional rush shipping and handling charges.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Please note that the delivery times in the table are estimates and do not apply to made-to-order items.
Estimated delivery times for custom-made orders are three-five weeks.
Delivery times will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.
PRE-ORDERS
For selected styles that are not immediately available for sale but will be available in the future,
customers have the option to place a Pre-Order for these items, including partial cost.
After we will provide an estimated shipping/availability date, which may be subject to variations. At this point, you will receive a shipping
notification via email and your credit card will be charged. In the event that the item may not become
available at the communicated shipping/availability date, we will notify you via email. You will be
updated of the order status and given the opportunity to cancel the order, or to agree to a future delivery date.
For all Pre-Orders, a credit card will be the only accepted form of payment. We will verify the credit card’s
validity at the time of order, but the card will not be charged fully until the item has shipped.
For orders consisting of both Pre-Order items and regular items, we will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Order item will be shipped once the item becomes available.
For orders consisting of multiple Pre-Order items we will ship the items as they become available.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped.
All items purchased at the Azhand Shokohi Online Boutique can be returned within 10 days, free of charge.
In time of return or exchange the item(s) has to be unworn and in new condition with original proof of purchase.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped,
you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the tracking number.
PACKAGING
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packed in Azhand Shokohi garment bags or boxes.
After your purchase will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.
MODIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be changed once the order has been placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. We welcome international shipments.
For international shipments, please email us your city, country, and code so we can provide an estimate from the shipping carriers.
You are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as customs/duties charges and understand that customs can often add extra time to your delivery.
You are responsible for arrangements with customs office in your country.
You are the legal importer of the item and must comply with all laws of your country regarding imports.
You will be responsible for all shipping, customs, and related charges if you refuse delivery, or do not respond to customs or shipper requests.

INSURANCE
We insure all items against theft and accidental damage while in transit until it is
delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address,
they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery,
or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.
